SmartCard-Service provides convenient and professional assistance in supporting its own software products.

Employees of our clients are registered in the Customer Support System (CSS) of SmartCard Service and get personal access to the Support Service Portal, as well as an opportunity to use the services of the Contact Service Support center.

In addition, each client is assisted by an employee of the Support Service, who is personally responsible for maintaining the operation of software products purchased by this Client.

All employees of the Support Service have extensive experience in the implementation, operation and maintenance of our software products. Almost all of them used to be bank employees who worked in positions directly related to the technical and technological operation of ATM systems.
