All specialists of this Department have experience working in banks in positions that are directly related to the operation of ATM. Their deep knowledge of TellME products is combined with extensive practical experience in implementing software products in various banking institutions. This Department has a unique level of expertise, which allows us to provide our clients with high-level software implementation services.
Any employee of this Department is both an analyst and a Support Service employee of the third support line, being a personal manager of the Client and interacting with them from the moment of coordinating initial requirements for the project and further during implementation and maintenance of the software products.
